Activision to Release First Quarter Fiscal 2006 Financial Results on July 28, 2005

(Nasdaq: ATVI) intends to release its First Quarter Fiscal 2006 financial results after the close of market on Thursday, July 28, 2005. In conjunction with this release, Activision will host a conference call that will be broadcast over the Internet.
