Yes. On February 7, 2013, our Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.19 per common share payable on May 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 20, 2013.
Future dividends will be determined by the Board of Directors and will depend on our future earnings, financial conditions and cash requirements.
Am I entitled to a dividend?
If you are the shareholder of record as of the Record Date, you are entitled to the current dividend. To qualify as such, you would have had to make your share purchase(s) on or prior to March 16, 2012. If you purchased your shares after March 16, 2012, you are not entitled to the current dividend.
How will I receive my cash dividend?
If you own your shares in your name as a registered shareholder with Activision Blizzard's transfer agent, Continental Stock Transfer & Trust, the dividend is payable to you either by physical check or via Direct Deposit. If you have not previously elected to receive divided payments but would like to do so, please contact Continental toll free by dialing 800-509-5586. Continental's representatives will be available to assist you from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm, Eastern Time, from Monday through Friday. In order to receive the dividend being paid on May 16, 2012 via Direct Deposit, you must complete and submitted the needed paperwork by May 8, 2012.
If you own your shares through a broker/dealer in "street name," you will receive your cash dividend through your broker/dealer. Please contact your broker/dealer to get specific information on how you will receive your dividend.

What is Direct Registration?
Direct Registration is a method of recording shares of stock for registered shareholders in book-entry form. Brokers already use a book-entry form of ownership. Direct Registration book-entry means that your security is registered in your name on the books of Activision Blizzard's transfer agent, Continental Stock Transfer & Trust, without the need for a physical certificate. Shares held in book-entry form have all the traditional rights and privileges as shares held in certificate form.
